- BVL Lawfirm provides services to extend work permits for foreigners in Vietnam.

1. Procedures:

- The employer fills 01 dossiers for extension at the local Department of Labour and Social Affairs where the head office í located before the deadline of at least 30 working days after the work permit expires.

- Department of Labor and Social Affairs is responsible for renewal of work permits for foreigners, within 15 working days after receiving valid dossiers. If it is no extension, there must be a reply in writing with reasons. The employer is responsible for obtaining work permits issued by the Department of Labor and Social Affairs and giving to the foreigners.

2. Dossiers:

- A written request for extension of the work permit by the employer;

- Copy of employment contract, certified by the employer or a copy of the contract signed between the Vietnamese party and the foreign party.
